Rol:
Profesional responsable de liderar el relevamiento, documentación, análisis, estandarización y optimización de procesos operativos y tecnológicos del área de IT. Tendrá como principal objetivo identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización que permitan aumentar la eficiencia operacional, reducir tareas manuales y fortalecer la trazabilidad y gobernanza de los procesos.
Requisitos excluyentes: Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carrera afín. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión, levantamiento y mejora de procesos IT. Conocimiento de metodologías BPMN, ITIL y mejora continua. Experiencia en documentación de procesos, procedimientos y flujos operativos. Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización, RPA y workflows. Manejo de herramientas de diagramación y documentación de procesos.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en gestión y mejora de procesos IT. Iniciativas de transformación, optimización de procesos tecnológicos, operaciones IT, infraestructura y servicios cloud.
