We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Istanbul, Turkey. As a vital member of our marketing department, the ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing impactful digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate meaningful leads. • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize performance and ROI
• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive consistent website traffic
• Create and curate engaging, customer-focused content for social media channels, blogs, and email marketing campaigns
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and enhance audience targeting
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and email content to continuously optimize conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, delivering data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified experience across all digital channels
• Manage content publishing through CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our online presence
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently to meet and exceed marketing objectives
• Prepare and present regular reports on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to stakeholders

**Education**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

**Experience**

• 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to successful campaigns
• Hands-on experience with content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support organized, efficient campaign execution

**Skills & Tools**

• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to drive data-informed decisions
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms)
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress for content management and publishing
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-focused messaging
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for managing email templates and landing page updates
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Certifications**

• Google Ads certification is preferred

**Domain Expertise**

• Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Turkish language proficiency is a plus, given the role's location in Istanbul, Turkey
