We are seeking an experienced Executive - Housekeeping to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this leadership role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across our facilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, decisive leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and professional development
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards aligned with organizational guidelines
• Monitor daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Manage inventory, procurement, and allocation of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all facilities
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality
• Address guest or client concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to support seamless facility operations
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Maintain detailed records of staff schedules, maintenance activities, and departmental metrics

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or facility operations supervision (minimum 3-5 years)
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation compliance requirements
• Proficiency with housekeeping management systems or related software
• Preferred: Experience in hospitality or corporate facility management environments
• Preferred: Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement processes
• Preferred: Experience implementing quality assurance programs
