Catering Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Catering & Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Actively support the Conference Services and Catering Managers.
• Prompt response to client inquiries
• Comprehensive management of Opera S&C
• Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance
• Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders, work with Managers and Clients for event details

• Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Opera S&C
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Result oriented and highly motivated
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
