Identify and develop new corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, conference facilities, banqueting, and other services.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities promptly.
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
Attend networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle client feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-management abilities.
Good knowledge of the local corporate and hospitality market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Having a UAE Driving Licence is a plus
