Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house and through collaboration and curiosity, we set high aspirations and strive for excellence. We value everyone’s contribution and embrace feedback to develop ourselves and others. We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.

As Supply Chain Analyst at our Stockholm HQ, you will turn data into decisions across our global Supply Chain. You will deliver and develop reporting and analyses, from daily KPI follow-up to the annual budget for our global 3PL warehouses. You will also drive the integration projects that bring the right Supply Chain data into our data platform, in partnership with the Supply Chain Development Manager, and make sure our data is accurate, accessible, and well governed. Building on that foundation, you will automate manual work and develop AI-driven reporting and tools.

CULTURE OF COLLABORATION

We firmly believe that when you feel supported, included, and trusted, it enables you to enjoy your work and thrive in it. You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Supply Chain Analyst your main contribution will be to deliver high-quality reporting and analyses to the global Supply Chain function, giving us reliable data, clear performance insight, and data-driven decision making. You will report to the Supply Chain Development Manager and work closely with the global Supply Chain team, Finance, the IT/Data team, and other functions across the business, supporting both strategic and operational priorities. You will do this by:

  • Delivering the reports and analyses the global Supply Chain team asks for, and taking initiative on analyses that point to improvements, then recommending and driving actions based on what the insights show
  • Owning and developing our recurring KPI and performance reporting, including daily KPI and SLA follow-up, inventory discrepancy reporting, the monthly warehouse performance meeting, and quarterly Supply Chain reports
  • Maintaining and developing Supply Chain reporting in Power BI, and supporting the development of semantic models across functions
  • Preparing the annual OPEX budget and follow-ups for our global 3PL warehouses, along with volume forecasts for warehouse staff planning and reports on transport cost per piece and annual volumes and costs, in close cooperation with Finance
  • Bringing the systems Supply Chain needs into Databricks, such as our own and our 3PL partners’ WMS systems, TMS, and customs archive, in close cooperation with the IT/Data team, and preparing the data for Power BI reporting and AI use cases
  • Developing and implementing automations, AI-driven reporting, and tools in the Supply Chain AI environment, turning manual workflows into scalable solutions
  • Holding operational responsibility for Supply Chain’s part of our Data Governance work, making sure our data domain contains the critical processes, documents, and parameters the global Supply Chain function relies on
  • Supporting warehouse efficiency projects and Supply Chain improvement initiatives with data and analysis

WHO YOU ARE

You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. You enjoy working as a team and you embrace feedback to develop yourself and others. You are curious and thrive in a dynamic environment. Cooperation, respect, and clear communication are important, along with your ambition to learn and grow. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.

Specific personal qualities for this role:

  • Analytical and structured, with a numerical and logical mindset
  • Hands-on with data, and at home in both the daily flow of reporting and continuous improvement
  • Strong ownership, following initiatives through from idea to implementation
  • Clear in how you communicate insights, and easy to collaborate with, both in operational teams and across functions
  • Long-term minded, with a drive to automate and improve legacy workflows rather than settling for quick fixes
  • Strongly interested in AI and new technology, and eager to explore and apply new ways of working

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
  • At least two years of professional experience in an analytical role within supply chain, logistics, or business controlling, with the ability to analyse operational data and identify root causes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports in BI tools such as Power BI
  • Hands-on experience of using AI tools in your daily work, for example to automate tasks or support analysis
  • Strong IT and system skills, where experience from ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 and PLM systems such as Centric PLM is a plus
  • Experience with data modelling, semantic layers, and querying, for example SQL, Python, or Databricks, is clearly meriting
  • Experience from retail, fashion, or international business models is meriting
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to recognising the potential in each individual. We embrace diversity of people as well as ideas and viewpoints and encourage everyone's individual expression of their own identity.
