Salary: $170,000 - $185,000

Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide tasker support, correspondence, schedule, briefing, action-control, and general program-analysis in support of industrial base and fifth shipyard decisions.   

Responsibilities:  

Program Analysis and Execution Support:  

  • Collect, organize, review, and analyze program, schedule, resource, performance, risk, and stakeholder information from authorized sources.  
  • Support development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, milestones, work breakdowns, implementation roadmaps, and measures of performance.  
  • Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines; identify overdue items and matters requiring Government attention.  
  • Compare planned and actual progress, identify variances and emerging constraints, and support development of corrective-action alternatives.  
  • Assist with data calls, recurring reports, status reviews, and rapid-response analytical tasks involving production, suppliers, infrastructure, investment, acquisition, or other industrial-base priorities.  

Coordination and Documentation:  

  • Coordinate information and inputs among DASN DIB directorates, Navy organizations, program offices, technical personnel, financial managers, and other authorized stakeholders.  
  • Plan and support meetings, working groups, and program reviews; prepare agendas, read-aheads, presentation materials, minutes, action items, and follow-up correspondence.  
  • Maintain program files, decision records, reference materials, points of contact, document versions, and other information needed for continuity and auditability.  
  • Review draft products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting, and alignment with tasking or approved Government direction.  
  • Support onboarding, transition, and knowledge-management activities for assigned programs and emerging requirements.  

Analytical and Executive Products:  

  • Prepare charts, tables, status summaries, issue papers, briefing slides, decision-support materials, and concise responses to leadership questions.  
  • Synthesize technical, programmatic, financial, acquisition, and schedule information into clear findings for Government review.  
  • Document assumptions, data sources, limitations, open questions, and recommended next actions in analytical products.  
  • Support senior analysts and subject matter experts during assessments, site visits, interviews, workshops, and implementation reviews.  

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, management, engineering, economics, finance, operations research, public administration, or a related discipline. 
  • 10+ years’ experience in program analysis, program coordination, management analysis, defense acquisition support, project controls, or a closely related field.  
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining schedules, actions, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and program documentation for complex efforts.  
  • Experience collecting and analyzing information from multiple sources and preparing accurate status, variance, and decision-support products.  
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and collaboration or program-management tools.  
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.  
  • Active Top Secret Clearance required.
