Sr. Azure Engineer - only W2

Active Alliance is seeking a Senior Azure Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure for global API management solutions. The role focuses on Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and collaboration across development, operations, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure for global API management solutions
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of applications
• Configure and manage Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines to automate the deployment process
• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure resources and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to deliver enterprise technology solutions
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Act as a subject matter expert in Azure services, particularly in the context of API management and financial services
• Participate in conflict resolution and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and successful project delivery

Skills

• Global API Management - infrastructure experience
• Strong experience with Azure infrastructure
• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in regulated environments
• Financial services experience is preferred, with direct domain experience required where specified in the role skills
