Billing Clerk (M/F)

Reporting to the billing department, you will be involved in the entire billing and control process: In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Retrieve, check, and enter the data necessary for billing.
• Identify and transmit any non-conformities to the sales and regional teams.
• Establish and send customer invoices according to contractual conditions.
• Ensure the sending of invoices, credit notes, material purchase slips, and other commercial documents.
• Participate in billing checks during closings.
• Analyze files and carry out the necessary adjustments in connection with the various departments.
• Ensure the monitoring of sensitive clients and alert the collection department in case of outstanding balance overruns.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of client files and documentation.
• Maintain a relationship of trust and quality with clients.

• Contract: 3-month renewable temporary contract
• Position from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35h)
• Remuneration: €2800 gross monthly + 20% temporary work bonus

Desired diploma

• With a Bac to Bac + 2 education, you have significant initial experience in a similar position with practice in high-volume billing.

Technical skills

• Good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CONCATENATE, conditional functions)
• Ease with Google Workspace tools
