Main missions

Customer reception and advice

• Welcome customers in person and by phone.
• Identify needs and collect information regarding damage observed on vehicles.
• Guide customers and ensure their requests are handled.
• Explain the steps for taking charge of a vehicle in the body shop.
• Follow up on requests and inform customers of the progress of their files.
• Guarantee a professional welcome and service quality that meets customer expectations.

Preparation and monitoring of bodywork quotes

• Collect the necessary information for preparing quotes.
• Carry out initial estimates and draw up quotes based on available technical elements, internal procedures, and business tools.
• Identify parts to be replaced and operations to be planned, in liaison with the body technician or workshop manager.
• Seek technical expertise from the workshop when necessary.
• Monitor quotes, customer agreements, and repair files.
• Participate in the creation and monitoring of files related to insurance and appraisals, according to the company's organization.

Counter sales and automotive parts

• Welcome and advise customers at the counter.
• Identify the references of the parts sought and verify their compatibility with the vehicles.
• Perform reference searches and price requests.
• Draw up parts quotes, record orders, and ensure their follow-up.
• Participate in the sale of spare parts and automotive products.
• Act as an interface with the warehouse for part availability and supply lead times.

Administrative management and coordination

• Create and update customer and vehicle files.
• Enter information into management software and business tools.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of requests, quotes, and orders.
• Coordinate exchanges between customers, the body shop, and the warehouse.
• Ensure the reliability of transmitted information and compliance with announced deadlines.

We are looking for a candidate who ideally has experience in the automotive sector, particularly in the fields of after-sales, spare parts, or bodywork.

Internal training may be provided to allow the candidate to familiarize themselves with business tools, bodywork quote procedures, and the specificities of the activity.
