As a kitchen assistant, and under the supervision of the Head Chef, you will play an essential role
- Culinary preparation and mise en place: peeling, cutting, preparing ingredients, and assisting with plating under the chef's responsibility, in strict compliance with recipes.
- Hygiene, safety, and maintenance: strict application of HACCP standards, cleaning, and constant organization of the workstation to ensure a clean and functional space.
- Management and supply: monitoring basic stocks and optimal management of raw materials to limit waste.
- Teamwork and pace: close coordination with the brigade to ensure smooth, efficient, and responsive service, even under pressure.
Kitchen assistant hours may vary (Split shift/Continuous shift): 09:30-14:30 / 18:30-22:30 / 08:00-15:00 / 15:30-23:00.
