Site Manager (M/F)

Actual Paris Electricité is looking for one of its clients for a Site Manager (M/F) for a long-term mission. Position based in the (91) department. Our client specializes in electrical installation work in all types of premises. It intervenes for both private individuals and professionals in the fields of high and low voltage.

Under the responsibility of the Works Supervisor, you are the guarantor of the concrete and daily execution on the site or construction site on a full-time basis.

Preparation and organization: Participate in site preparation, define equipment, machinery, and material needs, and organize their receipt and storage.

Management and coordination: Directly supervise team leaders, workers, and subcontractors. You organize the daily schedule, distribute intervention zones, and ensure good cooperation between the different trades (masons, electricians, plumbers, etc.).

Technical control and quality: Read and interpret execution plans, set out the works, verify the conformity of the work carried out, and correct any defects.

Safety and environment: Guarantee strict compliance with health and safety instructions (wearing PPE, collective protections, securing scaffolding and trenches) and ensure the management of site waste.

Administrative and financial monitoring of the field: Write the daily site report (progress, weather, incidents), track team hours, and monitor material consumption to avoid cost overruns. Technical: Perfect mastery of plan reading, construction standards, material properties, and the operation of construction machinery.

Leadership and communication: Ability to command, motivate varied profiles, defuse conflicts, and communicate clearly with project management.

Responsiveness and composure: Immediate resolution of unforeseen events (delivery delays, unfavorable weather, machine breakdowns).

Degree in electricity.

• You know how to work independently; rigor, technical skills, respect, and mastery of safety procedures are essential prerequisites for this position.
