With their support, we are not just growing-we are transforming Latin America’s financial ecosystem and shaping the next generation to shop, pay, and bank in Colombia.

But what truly sets us apart is how we build. We are a conscious company, driven by deep experience in scaling technology, services and products, and we live byour values every day.

About the Role

This is where you come in. Below, you’ll find what this role is all about-the impact you’ll drive, the challenges you’ll tackle, and what it takes to thrive at Addi. If you’re ready to be part of something big, keep reading.

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Design, produce, and scale brand narrative and executive thought leadership across owned, direct-to-audience channels (LinkedIn, X, Substack) to build trust, authority, and organic reach without relying on traditional media, while rigorously navigating reputation and regulatory risks inherent to a regulated financial entity

What you will do

  • Executive Thought Leadership Engine: Build and execute an authentic, consistent narrative strategy for the CEO and key executive accounts across LinkedIn and X/Substack, driving a 100% increase in high-value audience engagement (founders, investors, financial ecosystem leaders, talent) within the first 6 months.

  • Channel Growth & High-Value Reach: Grow Addi’s owned channels (LinkedIn, X, Substack) by achieving a 30% quarterly growth rate in net-new, high-intent followers and readers while maintaining top-tier engagement metrics over mass-reach clickbait.

  • Integrated Campaign & Product Launch Execution: Successfully orchestrate and launch at least 3 integrated narrative campaigns (combining long-form/written pieces, short-form audiovisual content, and coordinated PR amplification) that clearly articulate Addi’s product and regulatory milestones with zero compliance breaches.

  • Content Efficiency & Editorial Cadence: Establish a repeatable production pipeline-acting as an editor and thought partner to leadership-delivering a minimum of 3-5 high-quality pieces per week (essays, short-form videos, or opinion pieces) while cutting executive interview-to-publication turnaround time to under 48 hours.

  • Cross-Functional Risk & Compliance Alignment: Build a streamlined workflow with Legal, Compliance, Brand, Product, and PR teams that achieves a 100% compliance record on published statements without sacrificing tone, authenticity, or editorial speed.

What we’re looking for

  • Possesses strong executive thought partnership and editorial savvy

    • Serves as a strategic sparring partner and editor to senior leadership, capturing raw executive ideas and translating them into compelling written and audiovisual narratives.

    • Simplifies complex technical, commercial, and financial subjects into accessible, human, and authentic stories without relying on generic corporate marketing

    • Refines and sharpens tone across varied direct-to-audience channels, ensuring content reflects a distinct, high-signal leadership voice.

Track record of new media management and audience growth

    • Demonstrates deep mastery of channel-native dynamics, algorithms, and publishing strategies across LinkedIn, X, Substack, and short-form video.

    • Prioritizes high-value audience growth (investors, founders, key ecosystem partners) over mass, low-intent vanity metrics.

    • Executes full-funnel narrative campaigns, seamlessly combining written opinion pieces, audiovisual assets, and coordinated press efforts.

Demonstrates strong regulatory risk awareness and editorial judgment

    • Navigates the balance between direct, authentic executive tone and the strict compliance guardrails of a regulated financial institution

    • Identifies potential reputational risks early and knows when a piece can proceed vs. when formal Legal and Compliance escalation is required.

    • Maintains absolute accuracy on financial statements, product details, and company policy with a zero-tolerance standard for regulatory breaches

Experienced in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management

    • Builds seamless, high-trust workflows across disparate teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand, Product, People, and PR.

    • Drives alignment across multi-stakeholder launches, ensuring a cohesive brand story across all touchpoints.

    • Proactively communicates timelines and editorial feedback to keep multi-departmental projects moving efficiently

Has solid expertise in autonomous execution with high accountability

    • Operates with high agency to drive content projects from concept to final distribution without needing constant supervision.

    • Analyzes channel performance metrics rigorously to continuously refine publishing cadence and content strategy

    • Combines strong self-motivation and intellectual curiosity with low ego, actively seeking feedback and adapting to evolving business needs
