HR Specialist

An American multinational company is looking for an organized and results-oriented colleague to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Support PXT Expansion programs and initiatives, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and in line with agreed SLAs.
• Lead and coordinate internal communications for PXT, employees, and leadership across multiple platforms and programs.
• Create, develop, and coordinate the approval of internal communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver expansion strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Support projects and manage competing priorities across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Collect business requirements and support change management activities related to process improvements.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and across different teams.
• Experience with communications, HR, process improvement, project/program management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
