HR Specialista/ka

Co od Vás očekáváme?

SŠ/VŠ vzdělání (ideálně v oblasti ekonomiky, personalistiky, práva nebo administrativy).
Praxe min. 1-2 roky praxe na obdobné pozici v oblasti HR, personalistiky nebo mzdové administrativy.
Základní orientace v českém pracovním právu (Zákoník práce) a ideálně i povědomí o legislativě týkající se zaměstnávání cizinců (víza, povolení k pobytu/práci).
Znalost práce v HR/mzdových systémech
Pečlivost, spolehlivost, dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti, týmový duch a proaktivní přístup k řešení úkolů.

Náplň práce

Komunikace a úzká spolupráce se mzdovou účtárnou, příprava a kompletace podkladů pro zpracování mezd.
Příprava pracovněprávních dokumentů (pracovní smlouvy, dodatky, dohody, potvrzení).
Kompletní administrativní podpora HR procesů.
Kompletní správa agendy cizinců.
Pravidelná archivace a správa personálních dokumentů.
