İş Tanımı

adidas İstanbul (Anadolu) mağazalarımızda Mağaza Müdür Yardımcısı olarak görev almak istersen:

Mağazanın ticari anlamda başarıya ulaşmasına yönelik gerekli sorumluluğu üstlenmeni,
Mağaza satış ve KPI hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesinde etkin rol oynamanı,
Mağaza ekibinin müşteri servisi ve satış becelerilerini geliştirmeni ve takip etmeni,
Mağaza içi eğitimler gerçekleştirerek mağaza ekibini geliştirmeni,
Mağaza içerisindeki marka ve ürün bilgilerinin doğru sergilendiğinden emin olmanı,
Mağaza içerisinde sergilenen tüm ürünlerin stok takibini gerçekleştirmek ve depo düzenini sağlamanı bekliyoruz.

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

Perakende sektöründe benzer pozisyonda en az 4 yıl tecrübe sahibi isen
Perakende operasyonları, stok, bütçeleme, planlama, müşteri, satış ve ekip yönetiminde konusunda deneyimliysen
Temel perakende hedefleri üzerinden çalışma deneyimine sahipsen
Değişime açık, gelişimi hedefleyen, iletişim becerilerin gelişmiş ise
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ve Outlook) uygulamalarına hakimsen
Tercihen üniversite mezunuysan
Spora ilgi duyan ve güncel spor olaylarını takip eden biriysen başvurunu bekliyoruz!
