Objetivo de la posición:

Brindar soporte al equipo de HRBP y Beneficios, participando activamente en iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la experiencia del colaborador, optimizar procesos y fortalecer la comunicación interna mediante herramientas digitales y soluciones creativas.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Participar activamente en la organización, logística y ejecución de programas de bienestar, capacitaciones, onboardings, beneficios y experiencia del colaborador.
  • Apoyar en la gestión administrativa, elaboración y actualización de reportes y seguimiento de procesos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de herramientas y soluciones de automatización de procesos.
  • Participar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y simplificación de tareas operativas.
  • Participar activamente en la creación de piezas gráficas, materiales de comunicación interna. Edición de videos y contenido digital para campañas e iniciativas de personas.

Conocimientos y capacidades requeridas:

  • Estudiante de 10mo ciclo de Administración, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial, Comunicaciones, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Conocimientos básicos de diseño gráfico y edición de video mediante Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express u otras herramientas afines.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable)
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales como Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint o similares. (deseable)

  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad y compromiso.
  • Proactividad, iniciativa y disposición para apoyar en nuevos retos.
