Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in product management for software products and services (MBA preferred), including leading 0-to-1 or complex, multi-feature initiatives; 5+ years in cloud-based software development or e-commerce environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven decision-making; cross-functional collaboration; agile execution; stakeholder communication; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives; strategic and business-case thinking; mentoring and capability-building; comfort framing 0-to-1 problems without established patterns.
  • Proven ability to own ambiguous, 0-to-1 initiatives end-to-end, operate with high autonomy amid ambiguity, and mentor product managers and associate product managers.
  • Strong strategic and business-case thinking, with demonstrated ability to build senior-stakeholder buy-in for bets that don't yet have proven ROI.
