Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kontrolle der Informationen im Transparenzregister (Stichproben/Risikoanalyse), Triage der Ergebnisse sowie Erstellen, Anpassen und Löschen von Vermerken
  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Kontrollverfahren (nach VwVG), inkl. Redaktion von verfahrensleitenden Schriftstücken
  • Erstellen von Rechtsabklärungen in einfachen Fällen im Hinblick auf Kontrollverfahren
  • Erstellen von Strafanzeigen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Paralegal oder Rechtsfachfrau/-mann HF (Fachhochschule, höhere Fachschule)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Verwaltungsrechts oder Bereitschaft, sich in das Verwaltungsrecht einzuarbeiten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der Geldwäscherei oder Bereitschaft, sich diese anzueignen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit
  • Eigeninitiative, Ausdauer und Teamfähigkeit; Sinn für das Wesentliche und gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Amtssprache, gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtsprache; Grundkenntnisse einer dritten
