We're seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our growing team, with a special focus on building and scaling intelligent, AI-driven systems. You'll work at the intersection of backend development and AI, contributing to the infrastructure that powers real-time, dynamic experiences. We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and some familiarity with React.js . Ideally, you've also worked on AI agents or agent-based workflows and are excited to help shape the future of intelligent software systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate React.js applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs that support AI agent functionality.
  • Work closely with machine learning engineers to productionize agentic workflows.
  • Focus on system performance, reliability, observability, and scalability.
  • Take part in architectural discussions and contribute to defining engineering best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong skills in Golang, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
  • Working knowledge of React.js and experience with full-stack projects.
  • Experience building or integrating with AI agents or autonomous workflows.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with LLMs or agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGPT.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems or microservice architectures.
  • Background in fast-moving startups or high-growth environments.
