Role Overview :
As a Senior Salesforce Developer with an AI specialization, you will serve as a technical architect and lead developer, bridging the gap between traditional CRM capabilities and advanced artificial intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and product teams to design, build, and deploy complex solutions that leverage Salesforce data to drive intelligent automation. Your work will directly influence how our clients utilize predictive analytics and machine learning to optimize their customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop high-performance Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC to meet complex enterprise business requirements.
- Integrate AI-driven models and Einstein capabilities into existing Salesforce ecosystems to enhance predictive insights and automated decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices in a multi-cloud environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate abstract business challenges into technical specifications and actionable development roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the development team.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex integration issues to ensure seamless functionality for end-users.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated mastery in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced integration patterns.
- Proven ability to integrate AI and machine learning frameworks within the Salesforce platform to solve real-world business problems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments and communicate strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, evidenced by a track record of managing technical projects and guiding high-performing development teams.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
