Job Description:

• Implements standardized procedures to streamline project management tasks.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

• Works with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

• Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

• Provides regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing challenges.

• Drafts strategic recommendations for decision-making in high-impact projects.

• Stays informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Supports strategic plan development using relevant data sources and dashboards.

• Presents findings and strategies to stakeholders through comprehensive presentations.

• Identifies opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensures coordination and alignment with market expansion initiatives for organizational growth.

• Mentors team members and fosters collaboration to build a strong organizational culture.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Exhibit competency in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Communication Sites, etc.) [Required]

• Exposure to federal and state health care laws and regulations, including federal and state anti-kickback statutes, the Stark Law, and HIPAA. [Required]

• Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting, with the ability to synthesize analytics and market intelligence to inform data-driven recommendations. [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in Business, Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field

Work Experience:

• 2+ of experience in healthcare strategy [Preferred]

• 3+ in health care planning or finance, business development, or management consulting [Required]

• Work experience in financial services, management consulting, or business planning in health care is highly desired [Preferred]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree [Required] OR 4+ years of experience in health care strategy, business development, or management consulting experience [Required]
