ADVOSYNC develops purpose-built AI solutions tailored specifically for modern law firms and corporate legal departments. Founded by practicing attorneys, our platform automates repetitive legal workflows and document analysis with enterprise-grade security, strict GDPR compliance, and zero AI-training on sensitive client data. Alongside our own platform, we design and deliver custom AI and software solutions for enterprise clients.
For a major project with a very large German corporation in the logistics sector, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who will own the solution design – from the business problem to a clear implementation plan.
The Mission
Enterprise logistics runs on complex processes and a dense landscape of ERP, WMS and TMS systems. Our client does not need more technology – they need the right solution. In this role, you will understand their business, design an architecture that truly fits, and make sure our development team builds exactly that.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis: Analyze the client’s business problems and processes and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end architectures covering components, integrations, data flows, security, scalability and cost.
Enterprise Integration: Design integrations with the client’s systems (e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS) in a complex corporate environment.
Documentation & Communication: Produce architecture documentation and present recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Client Workshops: Work directly with the German client – run workshops, define scope and align on architectural decisions.
Delivery Oversight: Hand over the design to the ADVOSYNC development team and ensure the implementation stays true to the architecture.
AI Opportunities: Use AI in your design work and identify where AI can genuinely solve the client’s problems.
Requirements & Profile
Experience: 5+ years in IT, including at least 2 years as an architect, tech lead or senior engineer responsible for system design.
Architecture Expertise: Microservices, event-driven architecture, integrations (REST, queues, messaging) and resilience patterns.
Client-Driven Design: Proven track record of designing solutions based on client requirements and problems, from analysis to delivery.
Cloud & Data: Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and of relational and NoSQL databases.
Enterprise Environment: Experience with large organizations: security, compliance (GDPR), governance and multiple stakeholders.
Documentation: Ability to document and present architecture clearly (C4, UML, ADR).
Tech Stack Understanding: Familiarity with the web stack our team uses (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js).
Language: English at C1 level – you will run workshops and presentations for the client.
Location: You live in Wrocław or the surrounding area and can work from our Wrocław office 1–2 days per week.
Travel: Willingness to travel to the client in Germany.
Nice to Have
German: B2 level or higher – a major advantage in direct client contact.
Logistics Domain: Supply chain, warehousing, transport, WMS and TMS systems.
German Corporate Experience: Experience working with German corporations and their business culture.
AI Solutions: Experience designing AI-based solutions (LLM, RAG, process automation).
Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Presales: Experience in presales or in estimating project costs and timelines.
What We Offer
Direct Impact: Own the architecture of a large-scale project for a major international enterprise client.
Attractive Package: 180–240 PLN/h net + VAT on a full-time B2B contract.
Flexibility: Flexible working hours, 1–2 office days per week in Wrocław, remote the rest of the week.
Start Date: immediately
Hiring Process
Intro Call (approx. 30 min): your experience, expectations, availability and location.
Take-Home Assignment (approx. 3–4 h, one week to submit): design a solution for a sample logistics problem – an architecture diagram, a short rationale for key decisions and a list of risks. No code.
Technical Interview (approx. 60 min): present and defend your solution.
Meeting with the CEO: ownership, client-facing work style, approach to AI and cultural fit.
