AECOM’s Structures team is looking for passionatePrincipal and Associate Structural Engineers who thrive on tackling complex challenges and inspiring others. These aren’t “cog in the machine” roles-you’ll lead, mentor, and make a real impact. From guiding junior engineers to acting as the structural lead on diverse projects, you’ll collaborate across a multidisciplinary network spanning civil, structural, MEICA, hydraulic modelling, and digital engineering.

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Proven experience in structural engineering design
- Experience in the design and construction of reinforced concrete structures and structural steelwork
