Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting our sales pipeline. • Identify and research potential prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
• Meet or exceed activity and performance targets.
• Stay informed about our services and industry trends.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
• Other Languages such as Dutch, German or Spanish are highly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Organized with good time management skills.
• Comfortable working toward KPIs and sales targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
