Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with product goals.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams to clarify scope, answer questions, and support delivery.
• Drive Sprint ceremonies from the product side (refinement, planning, reviews) in collaboration with the Scrum Master/Agile Lead.
• Ensure the team is building the right thing by validating outcomes using feedback, data, and stakeholder input.
• Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies.
• Support release planning and coordinate with relevant teams for successful rollouts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role with clear PO responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs at a practical level.
• Analytical mindset; ability to prioritize based on impact, risk, and effort.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with product discovery techniques (e.g., user interviews, journey mapping, hypothesis testing).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence, Miro/Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Prior exposure to APIs, integrations, or platform products.
