Role Overview:
As an AI Solution Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex artificial intelligence capabilities and practical business requirements. You will spend your day architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that address specific client challenges, working closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and product managers. Your primary objective is to transform theoretical models into production-ready applications, ensuring that the solutions you build are scalable, maintainable, and directly contribute to improving efficiency and decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines to automate manual processes and enhance service delivery for enterprise clients.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks into existing software architectures to provide intelligent, data-backed insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business problems into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities and project goals.
- Optimize model performance and latency in production environments to ensure seamless user experiences across high-traffic platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to maintain accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Document technical workflows and provide guidance to internal teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow for building and deploying production-grade models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI services and API integrations to build scalable, distributed systems.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
- Proven capacity to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple project streams with minimal oversight.
