Electrical Technician

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Electrical Technician in the Environmental Manufacturing Industry in London, Ontario.
We are seeking an entry-level Electrical Technician to work at a world-class manufacturing facility located within the city limits of London, ON on a steady day shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday). This is a 6-month contract position with possible extension to the contract. This position is ideal for recent graduates from programs such as Electrical Engineering Technician and Electrical Techniques.
What's in it for you:

• $19.00 hourly
• Steady day shift (7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday)
• 4% vacation pay added to weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Electrical wiring assembly and labelling
• Completing functional inspection of all assemblies
• Meeting daily delivery targets
• Troubleshooting and determining corrective action
• Completing testing and reporting
• Other tasks as assigned by Team Lead

Requirements:

• Electronic Technician or Technologist Diploma
• 1 year experience working with electrical wiring assembly and testing
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/diagrams
• Experience operating and testing control panel (PLC/embedded)
• Experience with regulatory codes (UL508A, CS, NEC, CE)
• Great attention to detail and tactical execution of work
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
