The Metasearch Engine (MSE) Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. Our department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team is a blend of the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists in the world. The marketing leadership at Agoda has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and has built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. The MSE Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Handle data validation and processing in operational level aligned with standards and SLAs of MSE Mapping Operations.
• Analyze, report, and distribute validation results, suggest ideas with actionable plan to improve and develop both manual and automated workflows regarding quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and improve work standards and SOPs/guidelines, ensuring documents are always up to date.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality of works regarding operational and/or technical approaches, also propose idea with actionable plan to standardize workflows and documents.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues upon request.
• Support ad-hoc projects upon requests.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Experiencing in day-to-day operations in tech or Hospitality/OTA industry is a plus.
• Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindsets are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and time-constraint environment; fast learner, adapts well to and is energized by change.
• Ability to self-manage, multi-task, communicate effectively, work independently, and work as a team; proactive, friendly, with a sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. Pivot table, Vlookup).

Nice to have:

• SQL skill is a plus.
