• Administer, maintain and support Agra's LAN, WAN, wireless and related network infrastructure
• Manage and maintain Agra's Fortigate firewalls, VPNs, firewall policies and network security controls
• Manage Agra's Internet, WAN, SDWAN and inter-site connectivity
• Proactive monitor network performance and availability
• Manage technical relationships with internet service providers
• Plan, implement and test network changes, upgrades and new connectivity requirements
• Ensure network infrastructure is appropriately secured, backed up and configured
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, IP addressing, connectivity information and other relevant technical documentation
• Provide network performance, availability and incident reporting

• Namibian citizenship
• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Network Engineering, System Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in network administration and support
• Practical understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing and network security principles
• Experience with network security, firewall policies, access controls and secure remote connectivity
• Good understanding of network availability, redundancy and disaster recovery principles
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Above average proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package
• Proficiency in English
• A valid Code B driver's license
