- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
• Make sure the trainings conducted are aligned with the company goal Requirements 1 Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position. 2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 3 Ability to identify gaps in skills. 4 Excellent organizational skills. 5 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches. NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6-days (Mon-Sat) working in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
