Millwright / Maintenance Technician

Are you a Red Seal-certified Maintenance Technician ready to take your career international? We're recruiting skilled Millwrights, Industrial Electricians, Fitters & Turners, and Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering diploma holders to join a well-established production operation in The Netherlands.

• Perform routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production line machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults on various industrial equipment

• Maintain and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Conduct mechanical fitting and turning, including welding (stainless steel and aluminium)

• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and production protocols

• Support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving recurring issues

• Monitor performance and diagnose faults using tools, sensors, and PLC systems (Siemens experience beneficial)

• Collaborate with production and technical teams to reduce downtime

• Participate in shift work and be available for overtime when required

• Red Seal Certification or N5/N6 in Mechanical/Electrical fields

• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering

• 2–4 years’ experience in a production or industrial environment (agriculture, food, or mining)

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, welding (SS/Alu), PLCs (Siemens)

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

• Valid passport and driver’s license

• Willingness to relocate and work shifts
