You're the hero behind the scenes, making sure Mama never skips a beat. Whether it's a guest room, a buzzing restaurant, or a back-of-house area, you keep everything running smoothly.
Electrical issue? Plumbing leak? Aircon acting up? You jump into action, diagnose the problem, and get things back on track before anyone has time to panic.
You're a true jack (or jill) of all trades, turning your hand to carpentry, painting, repairs, and general maintenance to keep Mama looking fresh and fabulous.
Preventative maintenance is your secret weapon. You spot problems before they happen, keeping our equipment, systems, and facilities in tip-top shape.
Guests may not always know your name, but they'll definitely feel the difference your work makes. You respond with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile.
Safety is non-negotiable for you. You follow procedures, respect regulations, and help create a safe environment for guests and teammates alike.
You believe that every drop of water and every watt of energy matters, helping Mama stay sustainable while keeping operations running perfectly.
MADE FOR YOU? ONLY IF…
You have experience in hotel maintenance, facilities, construction, engineering, or a similar environment and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
You know your way around electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. You're not expected to know everything, but you're always willing to learn.
Problem-solving is basically a hobby. When something breaks, you don't see a problem, you see a challenge.
You're organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
You take pride in your work and notice the little things that others miss.
Working with people comes naturally to you. Whether it's a guest, contractor, or fellow team member, you know how to communicate with confidence and respect.
