About the Job
We are looking for an analytical, well-organized, and outcome-driven Product Manager to join our Product Team in Warsaw. The work sits at the intersection of product and UI/UX design.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, turning customer needs and business problems into clear product requirements, well-scoped epics, and measurable outcomes. Your work spans the full product development process.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own product areas on complex products combining web and mobile apps, maps, geospatial data, drone imagery, analytics, and construction workflows. You will own selected modules end to end and lead initiatives from problem discovery through delivery and adoption, with plenty of room to develop your product and design skillset alongside our Design Team.
About AI Clearing
AI Clearing is a technology company transforming how large-scale construction projects are monitored and managed with AI.
Our platform is used on major construction sites around the world, supporting the delivery of solar farms, pipelines, transmission lines, roads, and other complex infrastructure. By combining AI, computer vision, and drone imagery, we turn field data into project intelligence, with millions of construction objects tracked to date. We build a web platform, supported by a family of mobile apps. We hold ISO 42001 (AI management) and ISO 5259-3 (AI data quality) - both world-firsts - alongside ISO 27001, 9001, and 45001.
We are a global, fast-growing team with a flat structure, a strong ownership culture, and plenty of room to make a real impact.
Your Profile
At least 2 years of professional experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis for a software product
A track record of shipping features end to end
A strong analytical mindset, able to structure complex information and make trade-offs explicit
A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how web and mobile products are designed and built
Able to translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and business rules
Experience working with product data - defining success metrics, reading dashboards, and using analytics to evaluate decisions
The confidence to ask questions early, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions to closure
A collaborative mindset and clear communication - comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers
Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, screen layouts, and user journeys on web and mobile
Hands-on Figma skills - comfortable drafting initial wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize concepts early
An eye for UI consistency, visual hierarchy, and design systems
Professional English - our product, documentation, and US team all run in English
Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro, and a product-analytics tool like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
Nice to Have
You don't need everything on this list - it's what would help, not a checklist.
Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise or field-heavy users
Experience running product discovery
Experience with process modeling, API concepts, or data models
Comfort working with data - SQL or product analytics beyond dashboards
Familiarity with construction technology, GIS, or geospatial products
Experience designing mobile and field workflows, including offline scenarios
Academic or practical background in UX/UI design, interaction design, or conducting usability research
Agile ways of working (Scrum or Kanban), in a Product Owner or equivalent role
Your Role
Own selected product areas: understand customer needs, business problems, and product opportunities, and shape them into a clear direction
Run product discovery - interviews, workshops, research, and analysis - with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
Define the problem, the target outcome, and the success metric before defining the solution
Turn opportunities into clear requirements: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, business rules, and dependencies
Draft early user flows, structural wireframes, and concept sketches using tools such as Figma to give the Design Team a solid foundation on complex features
Partner closely with our Designers on UX research, usability edge cases, and feature refinements while respecting our Design System
Prioritize and refine the backlog, get requirements ready for development, and stay close to designers, developers, and QA through delivery
Lead design reviews and refinements; make scope decisions and unblock the team when questions come up
Run user acceptance testing and verify that what we built solves the intended problem
Measure adoption and impact after release using product data, and decide what to double down on, iterate, or stop
Keep product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder updates clear and current
Support sales, customer success, and onboarding with product knowledge and customer-facing materials
What We Offer
Real ownership of product areas used on live construction projects around the world
The chance to shape complex products combining AI, web and mobile apps, maps, geospatial data, drone imagery, analytics, and mobile field workflows
A strong voice in product direction, prioritization, and how we run discovery and delivery
Close collaboration with experienced product managers, designers, engineers, and QA engineers
Exposure to the full product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements analysis to implementation, release, and measured impact
Mentorship and room to grow your UX/UI skillset alongside our Design Team
Direct contact with customers and field teams in the US and Europe
A friendly, cross-functional team that works closely together
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote, with flexible hours
Private healthcare, a MultiSport card
A B2B contract with a competitive rate
