The Process Engineer is responsible for executing detailed process discovery, analysis, and redesign initiatives within MediCard’s enterprise process framework governed by the Process Architect. This role focuses on deep operational analysis and process optimization within assigned domains, ensuring that redesigned processes align with established architecture standards, governance requirements, and transformation objectives.Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned business domains using enterprise BPM standards and modeling conventions established by the Process Architect. (20%)
- Design and document target-state processes (To-Be) aligned with the enterprise process architecture framework, ensuring consistency with established standards and methodologies. (20%)
- Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, applying lean and value-driven improvement techniques. (15%)
- Prepare process documentation and artifacts including process maps, procedures, and design documentation in accordance with enterprise BPM governance standards. (15%)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and transformation initiatives to ensure redesigned processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements. (10%)
- Identify and prepare automation-ready processes, supporting the Automation & AI COE pipeline by structuring processes for automation feasibility assessment. (10%)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements by incorporating governance requirements into detailed process designs in coordination with the Process Architect and Process Compliance Manager. (5%)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring process performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and feeding insights into transformation planning. (5%)
