現在、約30名のエンジニアが在籍しており、営業、企画、デザイン、開発、運用保守まで一貫して自社内で対応し、船舶・港湾・労務など海事向けサービスを開発するチームです。

弊社のお客様にはITに詳しくない方も多いため、エンジニア自ら対話を重ね、デザインによるプロトタイプ提案やデータを活用した業務改善提案を行い、多角的なアプローチで課題解決を進めています。

海事×ITは新規性が高いため、まずはサービスインを優先し、ユーザーのフィードバックをもとに改善を重ねる開発スタイルを採用しています。

②プロダクトを作れるエンジニア

弊社の自社サービスは内製開発が特徴です。

エンジニアチームのモットーは、プロダクト全体を考えられるエンジニアを育てること。

職能に関わらず、企画や顧客との打ち合わせにも当事者として参加できます。

特にデザイナーは「デザイン開発」と位置づけ、エンジニアと連携しながら顧客提案や機能開発を行っています。

③スキルチェンジも可能

プロジェクトマネージャー、フロントエンド、アプリ（Swift/Flutter）、バックエンド、UI/UX/3Dデザイナー、クラウドインフラ、IoT（組み込み）、品質管理など、各職能の専門性を高めながらプロダクト開発を進めるスタイルを採用しています。
