About Aidoc

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.

Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.

Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.

The role will own the accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance of payroll activities in Israel and support payroll coordination for employees in additional countries.

This role is responsible for the full payroll cycle, from collecting and validating inputs through processing, review, reporting, and post-payroll reconciliation. • Ensure accurate execution of tax withholding, social benefits, pension contributions, and all statutory obligations.
  • Perform post-payroll controls, including analytical reviews, variance checks, general ledger (GL) entries, and bank payment uploads.
  • Serve as a highly responsive, trusted point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate international payroll activities and manage the ongoing administration of Deel (Employer of Record platform).
  • Oversee travel-related reimbursements and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and support internal and external financial audits.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience managing payroll operations, with meaningful experience in Israeli payroll.
  • Experience coordinating or overseeing payroll in more than one country; experience working with international payroll providers is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, tax laws, social benefits, pension requirements, and statutory reporting.
  • Working knowledge of payroll compliance requirements and employment-related practices in additional countries.
  • Proven experience managing a complete payroll cycle and performing payroll controls and reconciliations.
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, time-and-attendance systems, and finance or accounting systems.
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, including the ability to analyze payroll data and investigate variances.
  • Experience preparing payroll reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit support materials.
  • Payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, accountability, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee and compensation information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, People, managers, employees, and external providers.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Professional fluency in English and Hebrew.
