工作职责 / Responsibilities

- 负责公司网络架构的规划、搭建与维护（包括交换机、路由器、防火墙等）

- 配置和调优各类网络设备，保障网络的稳定性和安全性

- 与系统工程、开发团队协作，支持各类线上/内部系统的网络需求

- 对网络故障进行排查和处理，提供有效的解决方案

- 编写自动化脚本，提升日常运维效率

- 持续跟进网络相关新技术，推动团队技术进步

职责要求 / Requirements

- 本科及以上学历，两年以上互联网网络相关工作经验

- 熟悉 TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、VLAN、OSPF、BGP 等基础网络协议

- 熟练掌握主流网络设备（Cisco、H3C、华为等）的配置与管理

- 具备一定的 Linux 使用经验，能够编写 Shell/Python 等脚本

- 掌握至少一门编程语言（如 Python、Go、Rust 等）

- 有很强的学习能力，能自主的查询资料解决问题，具备良好的沟通和服务意识。对技术有热情，乐于学习新知识、解决复杂问题

- 有云计算平台（如 AWS / 阿里云 / GCP）下的网络配置经验优先

- 熟悉 SDN、Overlay 网络（如 VXLAN）优先

- 有开源项目贡献或技术社区活跃经验优先
