工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责IDC网络资源的整体规划，制定中长期规划、跟进短期规划的实施并根据业务变化动态调整

-负责业务网络资源需求管理，跟进业务需求滚动预测&需求变更

-负责业务网络资源交付进度的跟进和问题解决，确保交付SLA

-负责IDC网络资源交付、综合布线相关的项目管理

-负责百度超大型数据中心弱电、工艺系统规划、设计、落地及项目建设把控，确保技术的领先性，成为行业标杆

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，具备数据中心弱电规划设计、网络设备交付、综合布线交付管理工作经验

-熟悉数据中心端到端交付全流程并具备丰富的实操经验

-逻辑性强，对数据敏感，有良好的数据分析和定位问题的能力

-有一定项目管理经验，有PMP证书或PM经验优先

-学习能力&适应性强，能够迅速接受新事物并转化为工作要求&方法，能够承受相应的压力

-自驱务实&目标导向，具备良好的推动能力和沟通能力，有团队协作意识，能够适应短时出差
