-参与dumate agent的设计与研发

-参与agent基础设施相关工作，包括技术调研、需求沟通、代码开发等

-负责dumate平台基础管控系统的维护和升级，进行性能优化、稳定性建设，提升资源利用率

-参与agent相关前沿技术调研和创新能力落地

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业

-2年以上后端开发经验，有使用golang独立开发平台的经验，具有扎实的代码功底和一定的架构设计能力，熟悉常用的算法和数据结构，熟悉Linux/Unix开发环境

-熟练掌握Docker、K8S等云原生领域技术栈，熟悉操作系统、数据库等基础知识

-熟练使用AI Coding，熟悉Agent的使用与开发

-具有良好的团队合作和协调沟通能力，学习能力和自我驱动力强，具备良好的技术迁移能力和问题分析解决能力
