工作职责 / Responsibilities

-作为百度私有云在客户侧的售后一号位，全流程深入了解大型企业金融业务场景，对客户满意度负责

-基于百度私有云的产品线、技术体系，帮助企业级客户制定IT架构和业务流程，包括定制的最佳实践、异常处理机制和问题应急预案等; 帮助客户深度理解云服务，并持续帮助客户提升技术能力

-保障百度云平台的稳定运行，负责客户云平台的故障应急响应，后端协调，应急止损以及客户侧汇报和复盘

-现场一线驻场人员的日常运维工作管理，以及绩效考核，现场运维流程制定等运维管理工作

-通过Agent、Skill 等AI 能力的开发建设，提升售后支持队伍的整体效能

职责要求 / Requirements

-有责任心，能在日常服务过程中很好实践客户第一，并成就客户

-具备优秀的沟通技巧、团队合作经验、敬业精神和学习能力

-具有优秀的文档写作能力、演讲技巧、和技术培训能力

-具有较强的抗压能力和执行力

-满足以下一个或者多个技术能力条件：a.熟悉云平台架构及各类云产品包括Nginx、Rds、Redis、Mysql、K8S等，熟悉Python/Shell中至少一种脚本语言，及其相关运维脚本编写和阅读能力。b. 熟悉信创相关软硬件产品和解决方案优先 c. 有AI Agent、Skill 相关使用、开发经验优先
