Du unterstützt das HR-Team in unserem HR-Transformationsprojekt, das u.a. in der Einführung eines neuen HR-Managementsystems (Workday) besteht.
Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du verschiedene Aufgaben und Prozesse.
Rechercheaktivitäten sowie die Erstellung von Auswertungen wissen wir bei dir in guten Händen.

Du bist eingeschriebener Student in einem laufenden Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Ausrichtung
Du hast eine starke Datenaffinität, arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit unterschiedliche Informationen in einen Kontext zu kanalisieren und verschiedene Bälle in der Luft zu halten
Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Du bringst Lust und Freude an Teamarbeit mit, auch im internationalen Kontext mit guten Englischkenntnissen
Du hast einen routinierten Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. MS Excel & MS PowerPoint ) sowie Google Sheets, Google Präsentationen/Slides, Google Drive u.Ä.
Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind schriftlich wie mündlich mindestens fließend (C1)
