Head of Site Service

Job Description:

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…

This position aims to:

• Safety management: Responsible for leading the EHS team to implement the safety, health and environment management system to keep a safe, clean and energy effective production environment, and make sure the company meets the law requirement and is an honorable global citizen.
• Physical Security:To manage the site security team to protect our activities and valuable assets, such as our employees, information, technological heritage, products, facilities and reputation against hostile acts.
• Facility management: Responsible for leading and coordinating with the TJFTZ team to ensure the facilities availability with the adequate customer satisfaction and keep Energy availability effective for the production activities, and maintain a beautiful site.
• Manage the facility and service suppliers’ daily operation; keep the service within the expectation.
• Sustainability:Deliver the related industrial services (water, electricity, heating, etc) in accordance with business needs.

Responsible for coordinating with Europe, TJFTZ on site modification and upgrading to assure site sustainability projects align with AIRBUS objectives.

• Leadership: To lead and manage the ATFAC Site Service department, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous efficiency improvement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Accountable for delivering insightful service analysis and KPIs to the senior management team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Accountable for the outside legal authorization including safety surveillance bureau, environment bureau, security bureau, fire brigade bureau on request to make sure the company meets the laws, regulations and the requirement in time.
• Accountable for proactively working with department heads and Chinese partners to align their operational goals with the overall facility strategy
• Accountable for sitecontractors on schedule to make sure Airbus policy is aware of and followed strictly.
• Accountable for leading the annual set up of the sub-contract to deliver the related site management service.
• Accountable for leading, mentoring, and developing the site service teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their functions effectively.
• Accountable for cross-departmental negotiations with various internal departments to align priorities,resolve operational issues,and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

QUALIFICATION

• EDUCATION: with Bachelor’s degree
• EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience on site management functions
• CERTIFICATION (if applicable): Certain safety engineer preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical management background, ability to develop safety improvement,including end-to-end oversight of safety improvement initiatives,risk assessment and compliance programs aligned with AIRBUS standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in facility operation and maintenance skill to support facility projects,maintenance planning and cross functional technical coordination.
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing the sustainability data statements.
• Solid understanding of site service delivery framework,contractor technical supervision and subcontractor performance management to ensure strict adherence to AIRBUS policies and technical specifications.
• LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking

Soft Skills:

• Inspiring and mentoring the site service team, delegating effectively, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills,with the ability to align expectations and build trust with internal and external contractors, and government authorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.with a track record of identifying operational risks early and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruption to site operations.
