HR Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR department with a primary focus on Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards). This position offers a hands-on opportunity to support spreadsheets data management and numerical analysis supporting payroll-related data preparing letters and assisting with other HR administrative tasks. We are seeking an analytically-driven individual with a proven capacity for numerical data management and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
You might also contribute to planning and organizing health & safety wellness and other HR projects.

Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE
• A final-year university student or a recent graduate preferably majoring in HR Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis formulas and spreadsheets).
• Knowledge of App Script is a plus.
• Strong numerical skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Analytical thinker detail-oriented curious and team player.

Duration of the internship is set to 6 months.
