Job Description:

• Supporting: Support all the applications (except SAP) which are under the scope of Airbus China, especially for FAL plant production. Coordinate with teams and resolve all application and system issues, and make escalation to EU team when needed.

• Testing: Test all the functions and systems for the applications, and collect actual testing results.

• Trouble Shooting: Receive incidents and requests from end users through Helpdesk, perform work analysis, trouble shooting, problem solving, solution providing and correction making for the cases.

• Providing: Provide a high level of service to end users and follow up our strict SLA requirement for response and resolution times.
