As aSupply Chain Trainee, you willTo optimize the procurement and sales cycle through accurate, timely, and reliable administrative support..

Key responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational supportto front-office and back-office teams with routine and mechanical Technical Procurement tasks.

• Assist the Procurement Leadon governance projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic alignment.

• Deliver administrative supportacross general department operations and daily workflows.

• Support the review and clearanceof unapplied finance invoices in coordination with the Finance team.

• Maintain and update Global Procurement (GP) vendor records, electronic master files, and supplier documentation.

• EHS Policy Alignment:Apply EHS policies, contributing directly to the site's safety objectives and KPIs.

• Risk & Incident Management:Follow emergency, hazard identification, and incident investigation protocols while maintaining awareness of operational risks.

• Reporting & Audits:Participate in internal/external EHS audits and immediately report any anomalies, spills, or unsafe acts.

• Operational Care:Separate waste correctly and complete all mandatory environmental, health, and safety training.

Requirements:

Recent graduate in Aeronautical Engineering or a completed Bachelor's Degree in International Business, International Relations, International Trade, or related fields.

• Basic English

• Pivot tables and database management

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets

• Work experience in SAP

• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Field

• Communication skills

• Negotiation skills

• Customer service mindset / Service-oriented attitude

• Problem-solving skills

• Data entry accuracy / High attention to detail in data entry

Como Trainee de Cadena de Suministro, tu objetivo será optimizar el ciclo de compras y ventas a través de un soporte administrativo preciso, oportuno y confiable.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a los equipos de front-officey back-officeen tareas mecánicas y rutinarias relacionadas con Compras Técnicas (Technical Procurement).

• Auxiliar al Líder de Compras en proyectos de gobernanza, iniciativas de mejora continua y alineación estratégica.

• Proporcionar soporte administrativo en las operaciones generales del departamento y en los flujos de trabajo diarios.

• Apoyar en la revisión y depuración de facturas sin aplicar en coordinación con el equipo de Finanzas.

• Mantener y actualizar los registros de proveedores de Compras Globales (GP), expedientes electrónicos maestros y documentación de proveedores.

• Alineación con la Política EHS:Aplicar las políticas de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EHS), contribuyendo directamente a los objetivos y KPIs de seguridad del sitio.

• Gestión de Riesgos e Incidentes:Seguir los protocolos de emergencia, identificación de peligros e investigación de incidentes, manteniendo la conciencia de los riesgos operativos.

• Reportes y Auditorías:Participar en auditorías internas/externas de EHS y reportar de inmediato cualquier anomalía, derrame o acto inseguro.

• Cuidado Operativo:Separar los residuos correctamente y completar toda la capacitación obligatoria en materia ambiental, de salud y seguridad.

Requisitos:

• Recién egresado de Ingeniería en Aeronáutica o Licenciatura terminada en Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Internacional y/o afín.

• Inglés básico

• Manejo de tablas dinámicas y bases de datos

• Excel avanzado o Google Sheets

• Experiencia de trabajo en SAP

• 1 año de experiencia en el área de Cadena de Suministro (Supply Chain)

• Habilidades de comunicación

• Habilidades de negociación

• Actitud de servicio / Orientación al cliente

• Capacidad para la resolución de problemas

• Precisión en la captura de datos / Alta atención al detalle en el ingreso de datos
