AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.

What do we offer? :

Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).

Mission:

You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.

About practical training:

• 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS fromFebruary to July 2026

• Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)

• Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring

Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:

Join our #XPLORER 2027 program to contribute to the strategic improvement projects of Customer Support Centers Spain and Rest of the world focusing on:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Customer Support Center processes and tools.

• Identify pain points and areas for improvementbeing one of this pain points the resources consolidation, control and follow up.

• Propose innovative solutions and strategies to optimize processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and deliver digital solutions to the different pain points identified.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders as well as final results.

• Adhere to Airbus Defence and Space quality standards and project management methodologies.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Studying Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1), other languages is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.

• Team spirit and great collaboration skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software

• Demonstrated interest in customer experience, service improvement, and digital transformation
