AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.
What do we offer? : Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).
Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.
About practical training:
6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS fromFebruary to July 2027
Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)
Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring
Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:
Project Title: Skywise Operations Analytics: Centralized Production Dashboard
Strategic Context & Objective: Following the development of several digital platforms in recent years, our manufacturing plant is taking the final step in its digital transformation: integrating scattered data into a single, accessible solution oriented toward daily decision-making. The main objective of this project is to develop a centralized dashboard on the Skywise platform that unifies production line information to offer a complete, integrated, and real-time view of the operational status.
Project Scope & Key Activities:
- Data Integration & Unification: Consolidate production anomalies (Non-Conformities) and unplanned events (Accidentals) within a single application, eliminating tool fragmentation and providing a unified single source of truth.
- Capacity & Limit Control: Monitor Non-Standard Time metrics to ensure work stations operate within their capacity limits.
- Impact on Operational Routines: You will design the tool to directly support our core teams by:
- Production Planning: Helping direct resources and efforts toward stations where time limits are constraining capacity.
- Operations: Providing the analytical foundation required to set targets for unplanned events and sub-activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Visualizing capacity status in real time to facilitate tracking and validating implemented improvement actions on the shop floor.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Studying Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar.
English: min. level B2 (C1 desirable)
Spanish: min. level B1
General knowledge in Data Analytics, Manufacturing Processes, Production Operations, and Continuous Improvement.
Skills valued: Experience or interest in data visualization tools (e.g., Skywise, Tableau, Power BI), data integration, and basic programming (Python, SQL).
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team spirit and great collaboration skills
Ability to work in international environment
