Role Summary :

Lead engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. Drive technical excellence, innovation, architecture governance, and successful execution of complex programs while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership in software architecture, backend development, AI, and engineering best practices.

- Lead solution design reviews, technical governance, and delivery execution.

- Mentor engineering teams on coding standards, DevOps, automation, security, and quality engineering practices.

- Drive innovation, scalability, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Software Architecture, Backend Development, and System Design.

- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and Cloud technologies.

- Good understanding of AI, DevOps, Automation, and Security best practices.

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology programs.

- Strong stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Ability to drive innovation, scalability, and engineering excellence.
