Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Client Success Manager (CSM) with a strong background in B2B relationship management. This role will act as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from services while driving long-term retention and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, business-focused mindset to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Client Servicing, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative mindset
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
